"Such a lovely retreat in stunning natural setting. Generous rooms. Very kind and attentive staff. 10/10"

"Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. "Absolutely superb. A very warm welcome at reception and given an upgrade too. The room was pristine. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The gluten free breakfast provided was outstanding. Gracie a tutti."

"Posto davvero gradevole; ottima colazione in un ambiente d’antan, reso piacevole dal sottofondo di musica classica. Molto tranquillo e rasserenante."

"Very clean and fresh hotel, with excellent staff. The hotel manager helped us arrange activities in the area every day: Farm visits, cave exploration, etc. The hotel restaurant is amazing, in particular the antipasti. Highly recommended!"

"excellent one day stop at the UNA Cesena, good breakfast!"

"Great hotel"

"I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆"
