Located in Preko, 1 large Duplex Apartment together on first and second floor offer an Heated Private outdoor pool. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Free private parking is possible on site.

The house has 3 apartments. Each floor 1 apartment.
We rent the first and second apartment together as a duplex apartment.
Me, my wife and two children (teenagers) live on the third floor. We have a separate entrance to the apartment and we do not enter the pool behind the house. We are just neighbors 😄

The pool and back garden is only for you!

Accommodation will provide you with air conditioning. Unit offers a balcony as well as a TV. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a 3 bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer.

War sehr schön, Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit. Pool war sehr praktisch da wir mit Kindern da waren. Den Gasgrill haben wir auch öfters genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The perfect place to stay!

We were in the apartment with 8 people, which was a perfect fit. Everyone had a comfortable bed and several seats both in the apartment and by the pool. First of all we were very friendly welcomed by Ante, who gave us tips for excursions and snorkeling and offered us the possibility to barbecue at his place. He also organized our highlight of the holiday. Here we had booked a speedboat with skipper, which was visiting some nice places with us. The apartment is well furnished and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Also the pool has a good size for 8 persons and we had a lot of fun every day. All in all it was for many of us the best vacation so far (many of us have already travelled several countries). Many thanks again to Ante, who was an outstanding host. P.S.: We had a car breakdown, with which Ante had helped us also a lot, whereby this did not influence the vacation as good as at all negatively.

Well maintained house in a great spot near the beach and town centre!

We were a group of total 13 persons, one family of 5(kids age 4 7&9), one family of 4(kids age 1&3), and two more couples. The house was very good for us as we were able to divide ourselfes for privacy yet still be together anytime we wanted to. We used the lower floor balkony for all our meals, wich is where there was enough space for all of us. The house has airconditioning,only the two single rooms on each level didn’t have A/C which proved a bit difficult to fall asleep for the kids at the begining of the night. The pool was well maintained and there is a nice seating and lounging area next to it. Having said that, the tiles are slippery. So for the very small kids there was a risk of falling. But Ante and Milena did provide towels to dry our feet for when we were entering the house after being in the pool. Locationwise great spot with a beautiful view towards Zadar. When we wanted to go the beach it was only about 5 minutes down the hill(although not that I ever actually measured the time), back home it was longer and harder due to the hill but we still managed fine even with kids and lots of stuff! Ante and Milena are also great hosts! Ante gave us recommendations for local eating spots, we were able to use the grill and received a cute goodbye present at the end of our stay. The only downside is there was no grass area for the kids to play, having said that we knew this before hand and just accepted this.
