「The room is tidy and spa facility is provided in the room. There were however no cleaning up service in the second day of the stay. The stay in general is very satisfactory.」

「Self check in was good. Beds had tissues, rubbish, tablet blister packs behind several. Kitchen had coffee granules, beans, bugs on benches. Some dishes dirty. Cutlery Drawer was filthy. Sugar bowl filthy. Dead flowers in a vase. Rubbish , including a salt shaker behind couches. No bath mats ,face washers in each bathroom. We popped all crockery and cutlery through dishwasher before we could use tgem. Oven was filthy, with food particles and scraps in it. Curtains off runners, carpets stained,...
