“Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. ”

“火車站往酒店只要6分鐘。酒店往市中心也方便。房間算寬闊，但三人房間的浴室也是用玻璃門，私隱度有問題。冷氣不夠涼。早餐不錯，選擇很多。露台外是瑞士村莊景色，是我主要訂這酒店的原因。可惜被分配在二樓，被酒店前方的建築物阻擋了一部分，有點失望。員工盡責有禮。”

“I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the people were very nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better. We also had dinner at the hotel since we couldn't find anywhere else to eat because there were no reservations available, which was fine with us because the food in the restaurant was great! my mom had the salad and the kraut salat tasted just how my oma made it so definitely has my seal of approval. “Hotel room is nice comfy and big but the decor of the bathroom is a bit dated and slightly scary. Breakfast selection is acceptable and food quality is very good. Hotel location is unbeatable! Lunch and dinner were satisfactory. ”

“A bit far from the city center, but the hotel will provide the transportation card then you can take the bus by free. The mountain view is very nice and the room is clean and quite. Front desk staff are very helpful and kind. Having the breakfast with the view was very relex. ”

“If you want to experience the Swiss Alps in a true fashion, stay there. The pension is family run,you eat what they cook. There are no other restaurants around. There’s no tv but a room full of board games, fabulous views. Nights are quiet with only the stars and the sounds of the mountains around you for company. Sabine, the owner aims to please and is always busy finding solutions for unexpected events. No cars allowed and the only way to get there is with the funicular from Lauterbrunnen. For……
