「Excellent property! Extremely clean and perfect for what we needed. I was there with my daughter for a softball tournament and it was located very centrally to all the fields we were at. It was close to many restaurants and the cute Southside. I also liked that parking was part of the package. We were up early and back late so didn’t get to see much of the neighborhood. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor, so if you have bad knees, this may not be your place. We had an excellent experience!」

「The property is as described. The inside of the house was clean but there were cobwebs on the outside of the doors. We had some difficulty with the hot tub not working twice, but the host was responsive and had someone out within a couple of hours to fix it. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house for multiple cars which was helpful to us and it was convenient to lots of areas in Chattanooga that we visited. A little more instruction about the house and the hot tub would have been...

「This goes in the top 5 of places I’ve stayed. This could quite possibly be the cleanest rental I’ve ever had. Not only was it clean, but the place is stocked over and beyond. Seriously, the only thing you need extra is your own food. The area is a little older, but you can tell it’s being renovated. The rental felt safe and was very convenient to everything we wanted to do.」

「This was the perfect tiny house for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was great proximity to The Caverns, as well as lots of hiking options. Very clean, well equipped for a small space and easy check-in and out. The bed is in the loft so make sure you are able to climb a fairly steep set of stairs. Might be tricky for some who need nightly potty breaks. Otherwise it’s a go!!!!」
