“Very cool concept. Loft is very cozy and comfortable. The tv area was comfy and the kitchen was nice. The mattress, bedding and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable. The spiral stairs to the outside space are not for the faint of heart. Outdoor space and hot tub was nice, but perhaps due to the trash dumpsters from the cafe being full and right outside this area, the flies were almost unbearable. A drawback was the cafe becoming very busy and loud with customers at 7am and continued until we……

“This was the perfect house for my daughter and I while visiting the area to tour Illinois State University. This house felt like home…very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, clean, comfortable furniture, beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen…We would definitely stay again when in the area.”

“I would have given the staff a 5 star, but upon arrival I waited for about 5-7 minutes while the desk receptionist carried on a personal conversation….not even an acknowledgement saying I’ll be right with you. The hotel itself was clean, felt new and my room was wonderful. I do think this hotel needs to include breakfast in the price of the room and not a separate charge especially since it’s not a breakfast to order and has standard fare of what other hotels serve. ”

“Very clean room. Polite and helpful staff. Decent hotel breakfast. The problem is that the room had pull down shades. The shades are thick enough, but light leaks on either side of the shade, so the room is still not completely dark. If it were not for this fact, I would give 5/5 stars ”

“Stayed here for the weekend with my partner. From the outside it looked not so great but I was presently surprised by the inside. Our room was clean and comfortable and the price point was very affordable. There was also a free breakfast which was nice (waffle maker, toast, cereal, biscuits & gravy, and eggs). Again, I was pleasantly surprised for the price point. ”

“It is no longer a Days Inn. It has switched to Econolodge, which caused some confusion in trying to find it. All I wanted was clean, safe and economic. It fit all three. Breakfast was minimal.”
