The room looked like something out of a 1990s newspaper article. The breakfast was limited to self serve waffles and old cereals. The bed in my room was as hard as a rock. There was somebody snooping in car windows in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The only positive thing was the front desk associates. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was not as great as other hotels around area. Stayed a week housekeeping never once swept the floor in my room they did everything else though when they came in to clean. On a plus note the shower was the best around i could actually stand under it and it had great pressure

Hair found all throughout the room. Clearly not well cleaned. Staff gave us room key to a room already occupied. Water heater was so high it could have burned me if I wasn’t careful. Overall worst place I’ve stayed at in the Prescott/prescott valley area.

I hope this place is remodeling, 1990's vibe
This was a last-minute stay as we traveled to Prescott and there were few choices that weekend. The check in was ok, the room was ok, the beds were not comfortable they were older mattresses, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to explode. I believe that there maybe some remodeling going on, because there were mattresses all around the front lobby, and in the stairways, there isn't any elevator. The staff was friendly, but didn't offer very much information about the property or surrounding area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a rude awakening at 1:30 am with the rooms fire alarm going off. After resetting a couple of times had to go to front desk to request them to check it out. It ended up being replaced and had no further issues.

They are doing renovations but this was rough. No hot tub, it was suggested that the pool was not ready. The breakfast was terrible in terms of coffee, juice, or lack of. The owner’s son or son-in-law was trying but I would have been happier with a couple of Starbucks boxes of coffee and donuts.

When I first got there no one was up front to check in. Then he argued with me the we had to pay the per fee even though my dog was a service animal. I told him it was illegal to charge for any type of service animal and I had to prove it to him and finally agreed not to charge me. I went to eat breakfast and was out of pretty much everything at 7:45 am, breakfast was from 6-9. The day I checked out the front lady sat on the phone talking to a family member instead of helping me and continued to talk to them as she checked me out. When I ask for a receipt she looked at me like I was crazy. I am a traveling softball parent and we have 3 more weekends in Prescott valley in the next 5 weeks needless to say I canceled all me reservations I pre booked with them. Oh and by the was the bedding was stained and the bathroom was not fully cleaned “GROSS” . 1 star for sure and I will spend an extra 15 per day to be at a hotel that is not nasty!!

Not so happy.
We didn't tell the front desk until we were leaving about the problems so they didn't have the opportunity to make it right. But when we went to use the shower it had hair in the tub along with on the bathroom floor. The second sink that was outside of the bathroom would not drain. The blow dryer did not work and one of the night stands had drink rings all over it. Thankfully the air worked great but the bed was lumpy. I was ok with the remodel that was going on at the hotel.
