“We stayed here for one night on our way from Spain to England. The location is beautiful with lovely grounds surrounding the property. A real bonus! The staff were kind and friendly and the room, a family room with a double bed and two singles, had the benefit of the two singles (actually a double and a single) being in a separate, adjoining room. “We arrived later than expected and after the kitchen closed. The team were waiting for us patiently and prepared cold, but delicious dinner for us in our room. This was really unexpected, but very welcome after a long and arduous drive. We felt very well looked after. The room was spacious, warm, quiet and comfortable. The service at the hotel is friendly and very professional. We were very pleased with out stay.”

“For the price, this property is great. I wouldn't take my family on vacation here, but for 1 night passing through, it checked all the boxes. Though the hotel itself and all its furnishings are very dated, everything was perfectly clean. The bathtub, toilet, flooring, etc. were all likely from the 1960's but their cleaning staff does a great job and I was not bothered by the fact that things were old. Some downsides: No AC, internet didn't work in our room, TV is very small, no elevator (and……
