“Greeted by very friendly receptionist. Room was clean and kitchenette had everything including small dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable. Located on a busy street but did not hear any traffic noise. Restaurant not open on weekend but not far to eateries. Very happy.”

“I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy……

“Lovely accommodation. Clean quiet and well maintained. I will recommend this property and stay again. It is a shame I hadn’t rebooked here on a return to Toowoomba a week later as this accommodation exceed where other competitor’s accommodation fell terribly short. Well done Laguna apartments. ”

“Looks like very much historical building. And quite clean room which have a all kitchen utility. But no bottle of water or water fountain at all.”

“The room smelt terrible and was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The service was poor, milk and coffee not replaced from one day to the next. Noise from guests leaving at 4.30am woke me as the door didn’t even lock properly and I had to put a chair against the door… terrible experience and I paid for three nights. ”
