“This is our second time to stay. They upgrades to the bedrooms were wonderful. We are on the area for a field trial and the location is perfect. We even hit up the Omaha Brewery as well.”

“We loved this rental! The rooms were large and beautifully decorated; the beds were new and quite comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had a great assortment of baking and cooking pots and pans - anything you might need. Don't let the neighborhood fool you. It is obviously an older neighborhood with dilapidated houses beside newly renovated houses. With that said, it is a quiet residential neighborhood. Bottom line...we will happily stay here again if we ever pass through this part of……

“Emailed lock codes to cottage & assigned room + I-ring doorbell at main bldg ensures 24/7 contact w/ manager if needed. Price is very fair for the double twin bed room with full in-room bathroom and access to a Keurig with coffee & cups provided in the full-service kitchen downstairs (complete with utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, the works)! Parking available right in front of the bdlg makes unloading & loading luggage a breeze. We arrived late so I was relieved that the room was at a cozy……

“This was a great getaway. The hosts were so welcoming. We received a gift basket of cookies, croissants and chicken salad upon our arrival. We thought that was so sweet and unexpected. There were board games, cards and other activities available to us. The groundsman was an absolute gem. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only thing i have to say is be prepared to have little to no phone reception because it is in a secluded area in Marion county.”

“Evening Front Desk staff friendly, am not so much. While the room was clean the paint was peeling off the wall, the ceiling was cracked and bubbled in many places. It works for an overnight stop. ”
