pengalaman uniqe di penghujung 2014

Pengalaman yg sangat menegangkan dan memancing emosi krn voucher hotel.com kami semula tidak diakui di hotel ini dan mereka menyampaikan tdk ada koneksi dgn hotel.com, sementara dilokasi yg minim sinyal kami dengan susah payah mengubungi cs hotel.com, dan dijawab dgn mesin yg terlalu berliku, namun pada akhirnya pihak hotel.com dpt menyelesaikan masalah kami setelah pihak hotel mendapat approval dr sepertinya owner hotel. Terimakasih atas assist hotel.com dan kebijaksanaan Pak Fahmi.
