What to Do in the Area
Step outside the courtyard and you’ll find yourself just a few steps from Primaluna ’s main square, with small shops, cafés, and a pharmacy. From here, the cycle path begins and stretches through the entire valley—perfect for long walks or bike rides. Hiking trails that lead to the Grigna mountains and Zuc di Valbona are also within easy reach. Just a few minutes' drive takes you to Introbio, Barzio, and the Piani di Bobbio—ideal for hiking and picnics in the summer, or skiing in the winter.
The Home
The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a traditional Valsassina courtyard. Access is via a shared entrance and stone staircase. Inside, the space is welcoming and well-maintained, with generous room for families or small groups.
Living area : spacious open-plan room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishes), dining table for six, and a lounge area with a five-seat sofa. Two small balconies with mountain views add light and a sense of calm.
