“Everything was fine”

“Check in was horrible. My kids were given a room with people already in it and when they went to the desk to tell them they were told to wait rather than finding them another room. It wasn’t till we got involved that they found them another room. The showers have no pressure and the air conditioners barely cool the room. We walked into our room and had to leave for multiple hours just to try and let it cool down. Coffee was never restocked during our stay we had to keep asking.”
