Bad storms while there. Tried reaching out about tv not working. (Wouldve been nice) No success. Rest of stay was good. All that aside. I think this wouldve been and is an enjoyable property

Door didn’t work- had to go down 3 times to get in the room- but still charged do early check in. The pending incidental charge was $100 for out of state vs $25 for in state. It has a decent continental breakfast.

Only 1 bar tender, no wait staff in bar/restaurant. I was charged a ridiculous $45 resort fee. They took free coffee out of the lobby, and now they have a coffee bar service that is very slow

A great trip to remember because of this home. The flowing Fox River made this home unique, I believe.But the owner should focus on the cleanliness of the property and the rooms.
