In this convenient Princeville location you are walking distance to the golf course, near beaches, tennis courts, walking paths, shops, and restaurants.

Enjoy the Poolside Pavilion with BBQs to grill your favorite foods and relax to the sounds of the pool waterfalls. Nihilani Resort has a traditional Hawaiian garden setting and features plantation style town homes.

Nearby activities include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, tennis and golf.

This place was wonderful. The condo was very large and comfortable with two living rooms, two bedrooms and a fantasfic kitchen. It was located in a beautiful community with pool complex that in included bbqs and a jacuzzi. Great location.

We were absolutely blown away by how perfect this unit was for our Kauai vacation. There’s an entirely different TV zone (not pictured) that made the space feel so nice and large. Beds were very comfortable, the property management team was on it, they were always available if we needed them or to ask a question. The unit was very clean, had a very nice refreshing smell to it which was nice. Washer/dryer is a must. Everything was well stocked so we didn’t have to buy salt / pepper / oil etc. The AC was a MUST, Kauai is super hot sometimes so that was amazing and just so comfortable for us. Also the pool was a huge hit for my kids, it had a hot tub and lots of BBQ space for grilling out. Will 100% stay here on our next visit to Kauai. Definitely book this if you’re looking for something on the North Shore.
