  • Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus outdoor shower) home in heart of Princeville. Home sleeps 9 (primary bedroom has a comfortable California King, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed + twin bunk bed, and upstairs loft area has a twin day bed). And there is AC in all three bedrooms (very few homes on Kauai have AC, so it's a special treat).

    Home is spacious with room for everyone. There is a large, open great room with lots of seating, two dining areas, and open kitchen. Primary bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, which is great for those who can't or don't want to be up and down stairs; 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, 2nd bathroom, and open loft area are upstairs. Open loft is used as second living space with TV & daybed, which can be used for additional sleeping accommodations. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, great for rinsing off after the beach.

    Home comes with lots of quality cookware, dishes, glassware, towels, beach equipment (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.). There is a gas BBQ on the back patio and a large back yard for privacy or kids to run around. There are also bikes in the garage for you to enjoy. We recommend walking or riding down to the beach lookout to watch the surfers, sunset (always beautiful) or whales breaching (seasonal). Please note: we cannot guarantee quantity or availability of bikes and beach gear as guests sometimes lose or break these items and we are not always able to repair or replace them in between guest stays. If anything is a “must” for you, please communicate with us prior to booking.

    Neighbors are quiet and very friendly. The path down to Sealodge beach is 1/4 mile away. Standard rate is for up to six guests.

The most amazing stay. Great location, spacious, well-planned layout, comfortable, the amenities and guest toys were put to use for sure. Our group of four adults and three children we all very happy. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, lots of beach supplies, my kids loved surfing. The only bummer was the grill was pretty rusted and didn’t work too great. Other than that, we really enjoyed our paradise vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Princeville! It truly had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. This was the perfect place to stay - cute home in a great neighborhood. Princeville was the perfect place to stay. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood after the busyness of Oahu and really enjoyed our time on Kauai. We had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, towels, etc. Check-in was easy. Would love to hopefully come back soon!

A fabulous vacation house

Beautiful family home, we had five adults and three teens, plenty of space, the house was clean and in excellent condition, great walking, easy drive to Hanalei Beach, excellent surfing for beginners and intermediates, bicycles all had flat tires and no bicycle pump, all in all a fabulous week.

This house and location were perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again. It was so great to have everything we could possibly need for our family at the beach. There were surf boards, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, beach toys, coolers etc.

Little piece of paradise

The home itself was a perfect spot to relax when we weren't out exploring the island. There was nothing more amazing than waking up to the beautiful sounds of birds and smells of the flowers. The home was accommodating and the neighborhood was nice. Hard to leave!

Place was clean - no A/C in family room but bedrooms have it. Some ants on countertop could use an insect treatment... Door handles are old and could be replaced. Other than that, it was what we needed.

A wonderful experience!

My family had a wonderful time staying in this home. I spent a week at your property with my son his wife and my grandsons. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was well stocked for trips to the beach. It was spacious and comfortable for hanging out. A great value !

Pleasant house in nice residential neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in your pleasant house in Princeville. The kitchen was well supplied, and issues with the tv were fixed very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and everything was quite clean. The residential neighborhood was quiet and only about ten minutes from Anini beach in one direction and Hanalei beach in the other. Being close to the Saturday morning farmer's market was great!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need

Our family of 6 had the best time staying in this lovely home. It had plenty of room, nice amenities, and it is in an area convenient to local sights and activities. The A/C units in the bedroom were really nice to have. Communication with the host was great, and we had everything we needed. The Princeville area is very nice, lots of things are within just a few minutes of the home. I highly recommend staying here!

Oasis in Paradise

This property is nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in Princeville Kauai. The few times i had to communicate with the property manager was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The neighborhood is perfect walking or biking and is a short walk from a walking path in the center of the community. Ita very close to Hanelei Bay. Id certainly stay here again, it offers all the comforts of hone in paradise of Kauai
