The apartment has SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher and a private washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A sofa bed provides space for two additional guests.



The 15 m² large, partially covered terrace with sea view is furnished and invites you to relaxed meals outdoors. An awning provides shade, and a clothes horse is also available.



The house is located in a quiet, green environment and offers a large, well-maintained garden with lawns, flower beds, Komin (traditional barbecue hut), summer kitchen, outdoor shower, and sports facilities such as basketball. Children can move freely in the fenced garden. Two sun-protected parking spaces are available directly at the property.



The location is ideal for excursions in the surrounding area: Only 150 metres away are gently sloping sandy beaches, perfect for families. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the historic town of Nin, the old town of Zadar, as well as numerous national parks such as Paklenica, Kornati, Krka and Plitvice. Bicycle tours, hikes through vineyards and olive groves, or boat trips round off the leisure offerings.



Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Upon request, an airport transfer can be organised, bicycles are available for a fee, and a boat transfer to the holiday home is also possible.
