“This property was perfect for our family vacation to the area. Polly and Tony were kind, welcoming and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The deck was a perfect space for us to eat meals and play card games in the evening. The beach was a short, easy walk along a mowed path and was very private - we only encountered other people there one time in four days. “We had a bit of a snafu with our reservation but once we were able to connect with the owner everything worked out and we were able to have a great stay. Ted is a gracious and wonderful host. His family home is beautifully designed and comfortable. The views are gorgeous and they truly have a piece of paradise there in Procter, BC. We look forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy the lake. I highly recommend this place for a family or friend’s vacation.”

“The camper we stayed in was comfy and clean. The view of Kokanee glacier and the lake was spectacular! It is a quick and easy drive to get to the beaches and to Crawford bay for shopping, eating and getting groceries. The outdoor shower was very refreshing after a hot day. Our bathroom was the fanciest outhouse we’ve ever used with a view! Nicole is the hostess and she is very lovely and accommodating.”

“This was a great location for our day trips to halcyon and ainsworth Hot springs. Also a nice hike along the Kaslo River and a tour of the Moyie Sternwheeler. The hosts are very accommodating, responsive, and kind. We cooked a lot of meals in the home, and there are lots of pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, salt and pepper, and food basics like butter, olive oil, condiments. No microwave, so keep that in mind. We would love to come back to the area and stay more nights.”
