Amazing house with everything you need

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house. The property is spacious and very clean. Even better than in the pictures. And the large pool was a highlight.The host, Petra, was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The house is located in a rural area, so having a car is recommended, but within a short drive you’ll find plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and more.We truly enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Amazing

The villa and the garden are both so beautiful and has everything needed for your stay. The pool, badminton court, football, basketball and chess could keep you entertained all day, so much to do. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The heated pool is perfect, with a shallow section for smaller kids and mesmerising lights at night. Only a short drive to Imotski and the red and blue lakes and not far to Brela/Makarska. So many places to go and see. The best part of the stay is Petra, she is an amazing host, from the welcome on the first day, she is always on hand to answer any questions and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Great recommendations on places to eat/see. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us during our stay. Hope to be back soon!

Quite exceptional hospitality

Imagine this: You have travelled some time from your home country and are tired and hungry. Your landlady is waiting for you with a table laid with local cold cuts & cheese, fresh berries from the garden next door, warm bread from the nearby bakery and wine from a vineyard in the village. This was our first impression of our host family and we were stunned. What a unique and warmhearted hospitality! We have travelled quite a lot and rented holiday apartments around the world but this was in the league of its own. A gorgeous house in a peaceful neigbourhood but yet still within a very short distance from several attractions. The villa is furnished with an elegant taste, a bit of luxury but still a home-like feeling. A well maintained and cleaned property where everything is functioning as it should. Your guide book won't most likely mention the local attractions and services. We turned several times during our stay to our landlady Petra for advise and she was more than happy to help us to find best places for grocery shopping, book tables in local restaurants, find interesting places to visit etc. We recommend Baska Voda area for beach activities, Krka National Park, Red & Blue Lake for nature wonders. A hint: If you are interested in the local gastronomy or just want to enjoy, ask the hostfamily to arrange dinner in the villa. What a lovely feeling to return "home" after spending a day outside and dinner is ready to be served. If you plan to visit Dubrovnik during your stay, remember to bring your passport with you as you need to pass the Bosnia-Herzegovina border. Thank you Petra for everything! Most warm greetings to your family. Please pass our greetings especially to your father for cooking and to your brother for taking our boys to a local pub to watch football. A Fairytale From Begining To End

The villa was beautiful, in a wonderful location spotlessly clean up to date equipment right down to a ice making machine,heated pool you could swim in all night we did not wish to leave it even for a day we did to go to Krka and Markasala but returned as quick as we could but this was not the best thing about staying at Villa Petra. It was magical, turn left in Baska Voda towards Imotski and you are faced with a giant mountain in front of you suddenly a tunnel appears just like the opening in the pied piper of hamilin movie where the pied piper led the children. fields of scarlet poppies are revealed before you just like the ones close to the Emerald City in the wizard of oz , Lilac perfume wafts through open windows from fields of lilac close by. Swifts,swallows and golden winged butterflies swoop to sip water from the heated swimming pool the garden waters itself at 5 am every morning. In the course of 2 weeks roses turn from yellow to red. I have never seen a place so magical or felt so alive as i was at villa Petra. if you stand on the balconey at sunrise you can hear Peter Pan crowing in the distance and the lost boys answering him. Twenty yards away Is a bakery selling the finest bread in croatia if you turn right the finest vineyard. Food fit for a echo warrior in close proximity. Then there is the host a beautiful Enchantress called Petra who seems to glide effortlessly through out your stay performing feats of magic. I like cherry brandy 2 bottles appeared in the fridge. I like Cherries a field of cherries appear to rear of the villa.I am not a writer i do not have the words to say how wonderful this villa this location this host is. All i can say is thank you for the magical wonderful holiday i had with my wife son daughter in law and grandchildren thank you Petra i now truly believe in fairytales. ps as i went through omis on way back to split airport i saw a billboard pirates friday nights

Wir waren dort mit zwei Familien zu acht. Wirklich eine sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool und auch sonst allem was man braucht. Petra ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Küchenausstattung der Unterkunft war einfach top. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – von scharfen Messern über Töpfe und Pfannen bis hin zu Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und sogar kleinen Extras wie Gewürzen. Das Kochen hat richtig Spaß gemacht, weil nichts gefehlt hat.Auch der Check-in war super unkompliziert: Wir wurden von Petra herzlich empfangen, alles wurde verständlich erklärt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Dank der guten Organisation verlief die Anreise absolut stressfrei.

Es war grandios! Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder - 16, 12, 3 Jahre als) hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dieser tollen Villa. Alles ist wirklich so wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Wir haben uns 100% wohlgefühlt.Petra ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir Getränke, Melone und Eiswüfel vorbereitet. Wann immer wir eine Frage hatten, war Petra sofort zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. In der zweiten Woche hat Ihre Schwiegermutter für uns gekocht und ein Freund von ihr ebenfalls. Tolles und leckeres Essen. Wir können es absolut weiterenpfehlen. Vielen Dank liebe Petra für zwei wunderschöne Wochen Urlaub!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ! Petra est une hôte fantastique ! La seule chose qui nous a un peu déçu c'est la température de la piscine qui était fraîche pendant notre séjour. A part cela la Croatie est un très beau pays et la population très sympathique.

Herzliche Gastfreundschaft und ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war absolut hervorragend! Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art sofort das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Ein unvergessliches Highlight war der Abend, an dem sie uns mit einem selbstgekochten Essen überrascht hat – eine wirklich wunderbare Geste, die unsere Tage dort besonders gemacht hat. Das Ferienhaus selbst war wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, um uns rundum wohlzufühlen. Dieses Ferienhaus und die bemerkenswerte Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberin können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Traumvilla in ruhiger Lage*****

Wir waren vom 27.07.-10.08.2024 mit weiteren zwei Familien,mit Kindern im Alter von 3-12 Jahren,in Petra‘s Ferienhaus.Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause,alles ist schön eingerichtet,zu allem ein Starterpaket da (Waschmittel,Gewürze,Wäscheklammern,Eiswürfel,kleiner Snack im Kühlschrank,etc.) und vor allem alles sauber.Die Kommunikation mit Petra war von Anfang der Reservierung da und sehr unkompliziert über WhatsApp.Sie ist sehr freundlich,zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Uns fehlte dort ein normaler Toaster,eine Nachricht und am Nachmittag war Petra mit einem neuen Toaster da,sowas Tolles haben wir noch nie erlebt,super Service.Einmal hat sie für uns alle sogar gekocht- Mega! Die Anlage ist auch sehr gepflegt,der Pool wirklich für alle was (Massagedüsen,flache Stelle für die Kleinen,Schwimmbereich,abends beleuchtet).Es ist zu der Zeit allerdings ganz schön windig und es kann auch Mal regen,kannten wir von Kroatien noch nicht.Die Umgebung ist auch interessant (Kratersee besuchen,Tropfsteinhöhle in Bosnien,Weinverkostung um die Ecke,Buggy Tour,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig). Wir hatte tolle Zeit,empfehlen es definitiv weiter *****

Haben kurzfristig gebucht für 7 Personen, Petra war durchgehend freundlich, flexibel und immer erreichbar. Am dritten Tag hat sie sogar für uns gekocht. Absolut empfehlenswert! :)

Petra ist eine sehr nette Person und hilft bei allem wo man sie benötigt wenn man sie angeschrieben hat kam sofort antwort um Sachen zu klären zb platte Bälle oder ungeplanter Arztbesuch Die kurzen treffen waren immer sehr nett mit ihr das Haus und die Umgebung ist einfach nur traumhaft und eigen sich hervorragend um mal vom alttag abzuschalten wir werden in den nächsten Jahren sicherlich da nochmal Urlaub machen

Urlaub Luxusvilla

Der Aufenthalt in Petras Villa war sehr schön, Ausstattung wie Umgebung waren Top. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten Trips mit der Familie oder Freunden in der Umgebung zu machen. Zum Beispiel "The Blue Lake" war ein sehr toller Ausflug. Petra spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist ein Herzensmensch, nimmt auf alles Rücksicht und schaut das es Ihren Gästen gut geht, hilft bei Problemen weiter. Zum Weiterempfehlen. Lg

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus hat eigentlich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Es war genauso wie auf den Bildern und für uns perfekt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort völlig richtig, denn dieser Ort ist einfach himmlig.Die Gastgeberin Petra hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen , man fühlte sich sofort wohl. An einem Abend hat Sie uns mit einen kroatischem Abendessen verwöhnt, welches sensationell geschmeckt hat. Alles in allem war es einfach fantastisch und traumhaft schön. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön auch an Petra, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😀

Wundervoll

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. 2 Regentage ließen sich durch das Gym hervorragend überbrücken. Der Pool ist traumhaft und Gastgeberin Petra ein Goldstück. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Top Urlaub

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Oben alle Schlafzimmer klimatisiert, unten zentral Klima. Top! Der Sportplatz wurde noch um einen Basketballkorb und eine Tischtennisplatte erweitert. Petra spricht gut deutsch. Die wenigen fehlenden Worten haben wir dann auf Englisch gesprochen. Einen Abend wurden wir von Petra bekocht. Es war ein lustiger Abend bei leckerem Essen und Wein. Danke dafür!!!!!!!! Einmal in der Woche wird, nach vorheriger Absprache, der Pool gereinigt. Kommunikation war recht einfach per WhatsApp. Der Strand von Makarska ist ca.30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Den Strand selber fanden wir sehr schmal und voll. Ansonsten das übliche am Strand. Viele Läden mit "heute billig, morgen teuer", Restaurants, Jetski, Wasserhüpfburgen usw. Nugal Beach waren wir leider nicht. Imotski selber hat den blauen und roten See. In den Seen kann man für eine Tagesgebühr von 5 Euro pro Erwachsener (2 Euro je Kind) schwimmen gehen. Allerdings gibt es keinen Schatten oder Möglichkeit von Sonnenschutz, da der See in einem Bergkrater liegt. Essen gehen war überhaupt kein Problem. Allerdings sollte man schon Englisch können. (am Strand konnten die Kellner sogar gebrochen deutsch). Empfehlen können wir in Imotski die Pizzeria Antonio, das Euphoria, Fabrizio 7 und Konoba Jokan. Lidl und Konzum gibt es in Imotski. 300m vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt (besserer Kiosk). Wäre es nicht soweit weg, würden wir öfters hinfahren Top Haus, Top Vermieterin, Top Urlaub !!!!!!!!!!

perfekter Urlaub

Danke liebe Petra :) Wir durften einen traumhaften Urlaub mit unseren Zwillingen verbringen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und ist vollständig ausgestattet, mit einem Kaffeevollautomaten, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Waschmaschiene, Bad mit Whirlpool, uvm. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll angelegt mit Blumen, Olivenbäumen und rotem Ahorn, der Salzwasserpool lässt Kinderherzen höher schlagen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten ist er doppelt so groß, es gibt einen flacheren Bereich für Kleinkinder, und auch einen Bereich mit Massagedüsen, der perfekte Wasserspaß. das i-Tüpfelchen ist die Gastgeberin Petra Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns bereits frisches Brot und eine kalte Platte :) An einem Abend überaschte Sie uns mit einem traditionellen Abendessen, ebenso erfüllte Sie unsere Wünsche bei An,- und Abreisezeiten. Top Ferienhaus mit super Vermieterin

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem klasse Ferienhaus mit einer prima Vermieterin, die immer eine guten Ratschlag parat hatte und uns super versorgt hat. Zur Begrüßung und in der zweiten Woche mit einem leckeren Abendessen. Danke!
