Lovely property - very clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have a designated car park bay too. Close to the marina, a super bakery and the beach. Air con worked very well and there was plenty of hot water for showers.

Excellent séjour. Appartement remarquablement situé et équipé. Sylvie nous a fourni tous les renseignements utiles et nous avons également trouvé sur place une abondante documentation pratique et touristique. L'accueil était parfait également , le monsieur qui nous a accueillis nous a également fourni des renseignements interessants et s'est montré très accommodant quand nous avons changé notre horaire de départ. Nous recommandons donc très chaleureusement cette location qui a largement participé à la réussite de notre séjour Merci Sylvie !

Spacieux, très confortable, hyper bien équipé, bien situé. Le parking en sous-sol est appréciable surtout en périodes de fortes chaleurs. Livret d'accueil très détaillé. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. Les deux inconvénients : la terrasse accessible par la chambre, le bruit de la rue.

Séjour à Propriano

Après 2 ans d'attente, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans l'appartement. Très belle vue sur le port. Appartement très fonctionnel dans résidence récente proche de tous commerces. Cela valait le coup d'attendre, la Corse du Sud est magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement. Sylvie est vraiment très sympathique. Merci pour votre compréhension.

Situation géographique magique pour la plage, les balades dans Propriano et pour découvrir la Corse du Sud. Couché de soleil magnifique des différents points de vue de cet appartement. En gros location à recommander.

Les plus: bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Propriano, la plage carrément au pied de l’immeuble, l’immeuble récent (3 ans), l’appartement a une vue direct sur le port et le coucher de soleil, l’appartement est très bien équipé, et tout est en parfait état. Propreté irréprochable et l’accueil de Marie Jo très sympathique. Résidence calme, avec parking souterrain et facilement accessible. Seul bémol, l’annonce mentionne une piscine intérieure...mais celle-ci n’est toujours pas en service

Tres bel appartement moderne , tres lumineux , très bien équipé.

Appartement très bien situé , proche du centre-ville et du port à pied , avec acces direct à la plage . Tout le confort possible est présent. Vue sur le port et la mer , coucher de soleil magnifique sur l'eau tous les soirs visible de l'appartement. Parking souterrain avec place reservée. Propriano situé à 1H30 maxi des sites importants de la Corse du sud ( Bonifacio , Porto-Vecchio , Ajaccio etc ...). Propriétaires et Conciergerie très joignables , sympathiques et disponibles pour toute demande. Des vacances très réussies au mois d'avril 2017. Aucune hésitation à avoir pour réserver ! Merci à vous tous.

Votre appartement est tout simplement parfait : bien situé, bien équipé, climatisé, parking couvert, propre et lumineux...bref, tout confort. Seule la piscine n'était pas encore terminée. Merci pour cette location et pour vos bons conseils en matière de tourisme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement confortable très bien situé géographiquement

La description de l'annonce est parfaitement conforme à la réalité. C'est un appartement extrêmement bien équipé et très bien pensé. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux adolescents et les deux chambres séparées par le salon sont très confortables. Par ailleurs, son emplacement à l'entrée de Propriano est appréciable pour pouvoir laisser sa voiture et se balader au cœur de la ville à pied à tout moment de la journée. A noter également la plage au pied de l'immeuble qui est un véritable luxe ! L'accueil fait par la conciergerie est également très agréable avec des petits conseils oraux sur les visites et les restaurants de la région. Le livre regroupant les possibilités offertes pour visiter la région est aussi clair et concis. A noter cependant pour nous trois points plus négatifs : - un qui nous est personnel. Nous vivons l'année à la campagne et nous avons trouvé que la chambre parentale, certes très agréable avec sa terrasse, placée sur le côté de la rue est bruyante surtout le matin puisque cela nous réveillait tous les jours de façon matinale. - La piscine, qui était un critère retenu pour notre famille, n’a pas fonctionné durant le séjour. Même si nous avions été avertis un peu avant qu'elle devait en principe être réparée, cela fut une déception même si l'eau de la mer était à température effectivement...Même si nous avons relativisé immédiatement, il n'en demeure pas moins que la prestation était manquante. Dommage pour nous! - Les locaux communs de la résidence manquent pour le moment d'entretien. Mais la résidence étant très récente, nous avons supposé que ceci allait se réguler. Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une île que nous affectionnons tout particulièrement.
