普羅維登西亞萊斯共管公寓

「The condo was fantastic for our family of four. Having two full bathrooms, laundry in unit, and a well equipped kitchen made for a very relaxing time together. The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The location on the first floor made coming and going to the beach super convenient. The property grounds are well kept, we never had any difficulty getting chairs at the beach, and daily beach towel service was fabulous. The beach itself was phenomenal. We snorkeled every day and...

「The state was very nice. I feel like the place could have been cleaner( walls needed paint and the toilet seat wasn't clean had to clean it」

「Loved the location and beauty of the property, pool, gardens. All looked new and very well maintained. The bar tender at the pool was so friendly. And the food ordered there was so good. Also one of the best mudslides ever!!! Our villa was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Robin and Brikell were so helpful and responsive. Will stay here again for sure!」

「Perfect for my business trips. This will be my go to property when I visit the Island.」

「Condo has a great location and great views! Communication with the host was great. He is very quick to respond and provide answers to any questions. He gave great suggestions for dining out. Kitchen has everything you need and housekeeper comes a few times during the stay to help clean up. AC is great and we were never hot! Great fan in the master bedroom! No need to take beach towels since you can get towels right by the beach! We took coffee but it was also provided in the condo! Paper towels...

「Amazing stay in this beautiful condo. We stayed here for 7 nights and wish it could have been longer. Spotless and smelling so lovely on arrival with a bottle of wine to greet us. The condo has everything you could possibly need for your vacation on the beautiful Turks! The grounds are immaculate and morning coffee on the balcony idyllic! The beach is absolutely stunning too - water sooo blue! Communication with the host and Regina was great. We would love to come and stay again one day. ...

「We enjoyed our stay at Villa Renaissance. The entire property was clean and well maintained. We had to reach out to the host for a small repair that we found on our first day of the stay. They responded quickly and took care of the issue. Very happy with the communication at check in and check out. We would stay here again!!」

「Older resort but if you want relaxation & quiet this is the spot. Staff is extremely helpful& 1st floor end unit great location.」

「The condo complex was intimate, and there was a gorgeous beach with loungers. Shops were close, and I was able to walk to them.」

「The view is stunning! The pictures of the rental are accurate. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy the entire place was. The balcony was large as well. The beach was convenient, and the staff at the location was incredibly accommodating. This rental is not only right on Grace Bay but several restaurants and many shops are a short walk. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!」

「Villa Renaissance was the perfect 」

「A really nice boutique resort with great view of the Ocean.」

「Everything was perfect. Walking distance to many things (beaches, bars, etc), and a view that can’t be beat. Wonderful.」

「The view from the balconies are beautiful. I would 100% recommend this listing to anybody traveling to the Island. Especially if you want to be at a resort that is super peaceful and quiet.」
