“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“I really have no complaint about LA CASA DELLE DEE. It was a first time experience to have self-check-in, not have a concierge and have everything work digitally. So it was interesting and scary but Mary was extremely helpful and patient. It's enough to put someone totally unfamiliar with the set-up at ease. There really is no complaint about the place as it comfortable and immaculate. My only difficulty was it had no elevator yet and the place is on the third floor. Not a problem if one……

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always friendly. The common area is definitely a big plus; it's so relaxing and convenient to have that space. “No amenities except a coffee maker. Room was a good size but smelled of smoke, on top of other guests smoking in their rooms while we were in the hotel. Very unpleasant. The shared bathroom was clean enough but not expected so a disappointment. At least there is an elevator, since it's 6 floors up!”
