“It would take at least five minutes of dictating to describe how unbelievably amazing this place was not only in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but the extent to which our host Masimo went, offering us assistance until the wee hours of the night.Incredibly located in beautiful Iola, Bella, the gem of the beaches of Taormina and almost private feeling lagoon Beach.. We were literally steps away from the cable car, taking us up to the main Corso umberto. We could be in the middle of the action……

“The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. There is access to a large outdoor pool with stunning views over the mountains and sea. The centre of Taormina is a short walk but anyone who has issues walking should be aware that it is all up hill - mostly steps and then a short steep walk up in to the town - but it only takes a few minutes. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay. Carla the host was very helpful in the build up to the stay and on check in day- but to be honest there……

“This unit is in a perfect location, clean , modern with comfortable bed. All aspects of communication with owner were good and most important after a day of travel keys were easy to access. Two days before we were to arrive the host used a flimsy excuse to ask for 40 euros more upon questioning she then admitted she just wanted 40 dollars more , we agreed but asked to be let in around 11 am. Fair trade. The unit does not have two bedrooms as pictures lead you to believe ,drawing of unit shows……

“The apartment was updated and nicely appointed. The location and the view were excellent. LOVE the singer below every night. Problems:TV not connected to Internet. The directions were not clear. The description said 3rd floor but was really on the 4th floor. Difficult w suitcases. Stair rail broken. Could not remove plugs on kitchen appliance to plug in toaster. No directions for the stove. No labels on the sorting bins for trash.No microwave. Hard to find silverware. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in PHS Panoramic House Suite in Taormina. Clean and well equipped apartment with breathtaking balcony view ( as a reward for your moderate climb). We appreciated the detailed instructions and effective support during self check in and check out along with parking recommendation. Overall great experience throughout!”

“Marco welcomed us very well. Very good communication and very responsive. He gave us a lot of very good information. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The 3 rooms are well separated between each other which is very good with young adults but maybe not good with young Kids.”

“The property was lovely, beautiful views. Prepare to walk up a steep hill or take a taxi which costs 30Euro. There is parking on site if needed. Lacking a good coffee machine, but had a kettle for tea etc. The pool was very nice and refreshing.”
