“The property was amazing! It was more beautiful in person than the photos that were online. The location & amenities were great. Close to Volterra and restaurants, but still in country that was quiet and serene. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies abd was perfect for staying in and cooking at the villa. “The villa was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the pool, the ability to spread out in the many rooms, and cooking in the kitchen. The view is stunning. The hosts were delightful and helpful. We were able to find the villa easily, but it is up a narrow steep road. The hosts recommended to not drink the tap water and provided us with 2L of bottled water. ”

“Lovely property with a stunning pool in a nice quiet area. Very comfy beds. Only a short 10 minute walk into the local town. Fillipo was very helpful during our stay and had plenty of recommendations for where to go and eat! We also hired Roberto, the caretaker/gardener, to cook pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven one night - very much worth it as the pizzas were delicious! If we come back to this part of Italy, we will definitely stay here again.”

“We had a great 2 week stay in the villa, 2 families with teens and a three year old. The villa was perfect, really great to have all the bedrooms of similar (big) size, aircon and their own bathroom, worked really well with teenagers.The pool was beautifully clean and really well maintained, as was the surrounding garden.
