"The location of the hotel is amazing however during our stay we have some major issues. There were plenty of bedbugs in the room which I managed to kill 5 of them but still have spots on my skin from the bugs. WIFI inside my room did not work. They had WIFI in the outdoor area so I have to go out to use the WIFI so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was really really basic. "We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property). The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view. "

"Der Empfang im "MEISTERHAUS" war enttäuschend: Zur vereinbarten Zeit angekommen, wurden wir von einem anderen Gästepaar mit dem Hinweis begrüßt, dass der Vermieter mit der Ankunft von drei Mietparteien an diesem Nachmittag überfordert sei. Wir wurden zunächst ignoriert und haben auf spätere, vorsichtige Nachfrage eine harsche Zurechtweisung erhalten, dass man zunächst eine Mietpartei nach der Anderen abarbeiten müsse. The owners are so nice, the apartment we stayed in was simply gorgeous, it had everything we needed and more.
