「服務人員親切~溝通順暢 房間大小尚可~離車站很近很方便」

「Upon entering into our room a noticed a strong fetid smell, we told the staff who said nothing was wrong and there was nothing they could do other than offer perfume to ease the smell. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to look for another hotel and had to stay. Also, the toilet tank was draining constantly and it was very very loud. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place or go back to it.」

「離車站不遠，到景點方便，就在中央市場旁，出門就是皮件市場。非常大方的B&B民宿，房內備品,Mini Bar等齊全。網路上原設訂至少需住兩晚，但我們只是順道遊覽佛羅倫斯而住了一晚，老闆依然接受並很負責的與我們保持連繫，以便讓晚到的我們順利入住。除了水管阻塞，我們必需自行清理完才能洗澡外，沒什麼大礙」
