“We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het hart van het barokke sicilie. Het huis was heerlijk, lag mooi centraal en op een kort stukje rijden van ragusa. Salo en Graziella hebben ons uitstekend ontvangen (met verse cornetti) en begeleid.”

“Exactly as you see in the pictures. Lovely, clean modern property. Great for families and kids. Location is good with lovely views. But need a car to get anywhere. 2 supermarkets are 10 mins away. Only comments on things to improve- more comfy seating as 5 of us were squashed on the one sofa. With 6 sinks it would be great to have a dishwasher instead of a sink somewhere. We didn’t realise there wasn’t one. And the steps in the pool are hard to see- and very sharp on the edges. Fine once you’re……

“I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms……

“Contra:Leider war die Küche super dreckig, Gefrierschrank habe ich erstmal abgetaut und sauber gemacht, Teller waren nur teilweise da, etc. Modergeruch im Haus.dusche 1,70mDie Matratze im „Elternschlafzimmer“ ist ein Brett, da kann man auch am Boden schlafen. In der Ortschaft, wo das Haus steht ist nichts rundrum-man muss für Supermärkte oder Bäcker immer das Auto nehmen.Trotz Nachfrage, vor unserer Anreise, ob es eine Beschattung gibt und wir einen Sonnenschirm bekommen könnten und das beneint……

“ Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben unseren Sommerurlaub in den ersten beiden Juliwochen in Marina di Ragusa verbracht. Haus und Pool sind super. Kommunikation mit Carmelo war ebenfalls klasse. Wir hatten einmal Probleme mit der Klimaanlage: Das Außengerät war defekt. Austausch erfolgte sofort. Da waren wir echt beeindruckt! Einzige Kleinigkeit: Geschirr/Gläser nur in Minimalausstattung vorhanden. Das wars aber auch schon. Ansonsten eine schöne Gegend, mit schönen Stränden und erstaunlicherweise……

“We stayed in the villa as part of our wedding week, we got married in Piazza Armerina and stayed with friends in the villa for the few days before and after. It was tranquil and such a beautiful place. The staff were extremely helpful & it was perfect for what we needed! We couldn’t recommend the villa complex enough. Elena and Marco were exceptionally brilliant. Elena helped with organising little favours for the guests on their arrival and organising a boat trip and transfers for us. Thanks so……
