Carpet looked super old and worn out - might as well scrap it for a new rug or add tile. Have to buzz-in every time and tell the front desk person that you have a room...

Front desk helped with taxis, and fares were under 20 euro to the colosseum and Vatican. We used the hotel recommendation for transfer from the airport, and the driver was courteous, on time and great communication."
