「The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Checking in was challenging. The bathroom was substandard. There is no staff to speak of and no fresh linens. There is a musty smell in the building. The room itself seemed fairly clean, but there were signs of mold around the windows. Street noise was an issue at the ground floor. Still, it was a good value for the money. Great neighborhood!」

Communication was fast and effective. We were super happy with our stay and recommend Santa Luna to all!」

「If I could give Filippo 6 stars here I would. We travel all the time in Italy, since I work a quarter of the year there. He was amazing. Way beyond typical niceties. Set us up in the most amazing restaurant in town, gave sound advice on where to go for the best wine selection, etc. we’ll be going back. Place is great too. Filippo is the best.」
