「This property is amazing, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean it had everything you needed and the little town of Zermatt was so cute with horse and buggy rides, people playing the long horn and other instruments and the train ride up to the Matterhorn was awesome, I would definitely recommend this property and I would love to come back again!!!」

「離火車站很近，雖然離上馬特洪峰的纜車站有點距離，不過策馬特不大，一路至纜車站的風景很好，所以散步到纜車站非常棒。房間大夠我們夫妻倆及三個孩子住，附近就有一件超市非常方便，我們住的房間從陽臺就可以看到馬特洪峰。」

「The apartment is great but getting back to apartment is a long walk with stairs, not easy for old age. Otherwise，everything is great and comfortable. 」

「Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it. Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed. The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there. 」

「„Die hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in Zermatt. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in nur fünf Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war einfach top. Für uns war die Wohnung auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren auf die 4000er. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Von oben hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen...

「This was a perfect place for our family! We were traveling with our two young children and this apartment provided plenty of space and amenities to keep everyone happy and comfortable. It is super close to a supermarket and the downtown, making it easy to get around enough for our littlest. If we ever make it back to Zermatt we will definitely stay again!」

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
