「horrible air conditioning- i have seen better coolers. saw a long bug on my bed the night i checked in. breakfast was great but service was slow.」

「Very nice people. Attention was great, breakfast too. The room was pretty dated and carpet stained all over. However the rest seemed clean. Although the towels were also very old and could use an upgrade. Shower head was handheld only. Good parking on premises.」

「Clean and quiet」

「The room was literally HUGE!!」

「Thanks for the really nice stay in your hotel. The personal at the reception was really friendly and helpfull! The breakfast was nice and good」

「Saw the pictures online but still shocked to see it in person, that’s how I would imagine a prison cell should feel like. Reasonably clean but there’s a strong weird smell in the separate bathroom. Young guy at the reception was polite but when I came back from a morning walk to get my bag after I checked out, the old guy inside who doesn’t speak English was extremely rude and lack of basic human manners, refused to open the locked doors (they only open them after check-in hours) and signaled...

「Nice country inn feel. Family owned and run. Very attentive and friendly. Clean rooms. Ample parking. Air conditioning. Nice breakfast. Nice views of the country side.」

「What a great venue , old school room sizes with everything you need , a king bed , a full sofa , work table and 4 piece bathroom . The breakfast surely will delight those that have morning pick me ups for a busy day . What I liked was the old school door locks , you handed the key to the desk when you left the site and picked it up on return , 24 hour reception , short walk to center of Bassano . I have no problem recommending this hotel !」

「The room was very dusty, no soap for the shower in the bathroom and breakfast was terrible. Same pie every day, when i say same means the exact same one, for 4 days. The only reason i gave 2 stars and not one was that one of the young receptionist was very helpful.」

「This is not a hotel really but a country Inn at the top of a mountain, I loved it. Alessia, the Innkeeper, is the kindest , most attentive person, she will go out of her way to satisfy the guests' needs. A quiet, bucolic spot, distant from town, there is no public transportation, a car is needed. 」
