A ground level Mother-in-law's apartment with a million dollar view, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer, living room with gas fire place and reclining couches, kitchen with all of the tools need to make a home cooked meal (You bring the food) Just 15 minutes to sundance a great place no matter what the season is, winter has skiing, both day and night, you can also snow shoe. Summer offers horseback riding, hiking, shopping, fly fishing, Ziplines shows and etc.
Fall is bursting with Provo canyon colors and the leaves are falling. Bridal veil falls a great canyon to see wild life and natural water falls, hiking trails and biking.
Utah Valley University is 10 minutes south/west and BYU is 10 minutes South/east of us. Salt Lake city/Lagoon Amusement park is about 40- 50 minutes north of us. lots of Parks and splashpads around us and even the Murdock canal Trail is down the road for biking/walking/jogging Thanksgiving point is a great place to visit as well we are 10-15 minutes away
You may also reserve a private outdoor pickle ball court for only $10 an hour, it is only five minutes from the house.
come and enjoy our neck of the woods! We do have a steep driveway that might be hard for elderly folks, but the view is spectacular!

The view is great. We stayed two nights. First night was a bit loud. The people above us were getting up often and kept us awake. Second night, we turned on fans to drown out the noise and we slept well.

There are so many wonderful things about this home that it's hard to know where to begin. The location was perfect-close to everything yet far enough out that a deer wandered into the front garden to graze. The home was also perfect, with comfortable furniture and a cozy bed. It was clean and homey with all the comforts of our own home. Teresa, the hostess, was easy to work with, friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home. Thank you for an excellent first visit to Utah!

Accommodations were cozy, comfortable and clean! Host was very pleasant and communicative. Beautiful views of the valley. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need, including delightful little coffees! Host left folder of local activities, dining, etc., which was helpful in planning our itinerary. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

The place was fabulous. It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with items. Even though we didn't cook much, it was nice to have pans available that were in decent shape and appropriate utensils. Theresa has gone above and beyond to make sure the place is comfortable and has everything you need. Pac Man in a great bonus!!

Had a wonderful stay. Very thoughtful host. Many extra “just in case” items are provided. Comfortable beds. Love the blackout curtains to help with needed rest. My only hesitation would be staying during winter weather due to the location on a hill….but I’m also from where it never snows so I’m a wimp in that area. Will definitely be checking availability on this one in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Teresa has looked at this home as if she were to stay here with her own family. She hasn’t missed a single thing. From games, bandaids, spices, fans, toiletries, snacks for you and the delivery drivers, the list goes on and on. There’s nothing she hasn’t thought of. This is a hidden gem I’m afraid to leave a positive review of and have a difficult time booking later. :) Theresa deserves all the positive reviews! She’s done an amazing job with this property!

Visit with family
We really liked this cozy 2 bedroom apartment. It was perfect for us as we visited family in the area. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the washer/dryer came in handy because we were traveling for 2 weeks. I also liked the nice extras like snacks and kcups for coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

We needed a place close to BYU campus. This was a very short drive to campus and convenient to other attractions in the area. We enjoyed the view and found out that there is a road right behind the property where you can do a short 10 minute walk to get an even better view. The property is also only a short walk to the Orem/Provo trail system that we exercised on during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We even saw a family of deer feeding right by the the street one day! Teresa was very responsive to any needs we had during the visit.
