Provo Hotel with Pool

"Facility was clean. The toilet and AC were not in great condition. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay, was almost all sugar."

"Walls are very thin. So you can hear everything your neighbors are doing."

"Rooms weren't clean. Beds not made. Mold on the walls and curtain. Didn't give us back the deposit and the rooms were fine when we left. Towels in a pile, blankets on the bed, garbage all picked up and put in the bin. Nothing left laying around and they wont give us back the deposit. The site said they had breakfast, hot tub, and a pool. There was no breakfast, hot tub, or pool and the staff was very rude in letting us know it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone regardless of price because they double it in their refundable fees they dont return to you."

"The staff were excellent. Hotel was a bit tricky to park around with my SUV but not impossible. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good."

"The room was a little dirty. Found a paper plate with syrup upside down under the chair. The blow dryer was barely hanging on the wall. Toilet seat very loose and the sink handle as well. It was good enough for just one night to sleep and then get back on the road. We would not go back."

"This was a much needed stay to rest and relax before going to a graduation. The staff were really helpful and congenial. The hotel itself is a little bit tired and could use some fresh touchups."

"The room was comfortable and pretty clean. However, it had a sort of stale smell even after being cleaned each day during our stay. The shower curtain also did not close very well and the floor kept getting wet in the bathroom."

"Staff were amazing. I was locked out of my room multiple times due to some issue with the doors. Very frustrating - especially after a long day and you want to sleep—because that’s what you pad for. Staff were very helpful but the situation was cumbersome, none-the-less"
