「Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. 「Overall quality was good, it's in the countryside which comes with expected limitations (WiFi didn't always work and the water heater required some waiting time) and the price was on the cheaper side compared to the rest of the area. The room had some "cracks" in several places, during the harvest season this allowed some smoke to enter which was not ideal, while I didn't experience many problems with insects (one gecko and 2-3 spiders) this could be a potential problem for other guests. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend. 」
