Poplar Farm retreat was a fantastic property and well appointed. I have given an excellent rating but a couple of points that can be improved upon which I raised with Passthekeys agent. No handtowel provided in the WC. Mini toiletries should have been provided but these were missing. Agent said that someone would come with these items but noone dropped anything off. Also the remote control did not work in the games room a replacement was supposed to come but again nothing arrived. Also in the pictures it appeared that there should have been a table tennis table and air hockey table. We just had a pool table. We were also only able to access TV channels from online TV applications (ie. Iplayer).
