"It is a beautiful property, an old convent transformed into a hotel. Think peaceful courtyards and atmospheric nooks and crannies. Bathroom should have been vacuumed as there were hairs from previous guests still there. I think hotels only provide brooms to their cleaners in this city as I noticed the same problem in two other hotels in Puebla. The bed was clean and comfortable, thankfully. Breakfast was nice but not everything was ready at the start time. I might consider staying here again, though I would insist on them thoroughly cleaning the floor first."
