“This two bedroom apartment at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is the nicest place I have stayed in Colorado springs. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals and the space was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to major roads made the location very convenient.”

“This downtown apartment was very clean and well-appointed, and was the perfect size for a couple. The full kitchen was perfect to make breakfast each morning and to pack our lunch each day using the complimentary cooler. 😎 Additionally, the washer/dryer and plentiful clean towels were a definite plus! The TVs in both the living room and bedroom were easy to log into and out of for our Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts. Communication with the property manager via text and email was also……

“This apartment is clean, cute and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and cooked a lot of our meals in the perfectly stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and the grounds are well cared for. There is parking close to the door which made me feel safer in an area I was unfamiliar with. My family and I are considering our next visit and would definitely consider renting 2 of the units.”

There’s just a couple Minor things like the hallway closet wouldn’t close all the way and the bedroom Door is tight to close. Overall it was the perfect place though for our family for the weekend. The owner is super friendly and quick to respond.”

“I really appreciated the close proximity to the Broadmoor where I was attending a conference. It is situated in a very convenient area for groceries, restaurants and shopping. They need to work on the correct communication with accessing the property. (Knowing the correct kind of lock [Yale] and how to operate it for entrance. You must push the checkmark after the code in order to make it work!) The people on the phone were very great at helping us through the difficulty. The lock also……

“Location is convenient. Although said non smoking, I think someone in the past had smoked in the property, very noticeable. Bethany was great at resetting the network.”

“Renting was easy, place was nice, issues full bathroom in master bedroom, central air didn't keep common area cool and family felt camera in common area said to be facing door was invasion of privacy. View of mountains from balcony was great, host was very helpful with any of our needs. Despite the few issues my family has I could see myself staying at this location again.”
