Only suggestions for improvement would be a gate at the top of the stairs, blackout curtains in the front bedroom that go to the ceiling, additional lighting in bathroooms for makeup application.”

“We thought it was gonna be an ok experience... but then the snow came down like neither i or my family were used to and well the 15 or 16 inch snow fall was great. The home was great! The hot tub outlooking the great scenery was amazing especially at night. Plenty of space , several things to do around town just an overall great experience the communication between our host was awesome! Janelle was checking on us in case we needed anything definitely helped us choose on staying again! Will……

“This house is perfect for a stay in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and had just the right amount of space for our family of three while visiting our daughter there. And the location was perfect for walking to eat and shop downtown.”

“Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!”

During a snow storm our hosts even shoveled a path to our car and cleaned the snow off the car as well! The property is exactly as the pictures show. The hosts even allowed us to use our grill on their patio. We knew in advance there was not a kitchen sink or stove but the inconvenience didn’t bother us too much. To get around the issue we put a small drain board and dish rack next to the bathroom……
