Very, very clean. The staff was exceptional. Great amenities- left water bottles for guests, one free drink per day, had a patio for guests to use by the water. Breakfast was a lot of variety. Would give a 10 pot of 10!!

Staff was very kind and helpful and even got my husband a birthday cake on his birthday as a surprise! Property was clean. Lots of stairs and dogs barked all night in the surrounding area making it hard to sleep.

This is probably one of the better hotels I have stayed at . Incredible service and there is purified water at your convenience even in the bathroom. Very safe I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying on santa cruz island in the galapagos.

The room was clean, and the staff very helpful. The re-usable water bottles upon arrival is especially a nice touch as we ended using them during our entire trip in Galapagos. The only issue I have with this location is the internet access - it was pretty inconsistent and it's down a lot. Didn't bother me too much as we were out most of the day. Good thing I didn't have to work until the next island, otherwise I would've been in big trouble.

This hotel was excellent, primarily because of its great location, making it easy to walk anywhere. On the first day, the staff provided a kind and thorough explanation, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The thoughtfully arranged amenities were also impressive. The breakfast, though simple, was sufficient, and the hotel was quiet and safe. It is a wonderful and cozy hotel that I would highly consider visiting again. Thank you.

A Great Stay

Hotel Cucuve was perfect for my 3-night stay on Santa Cruz. The room and bathroom were super spacious and clean and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk to many attractions on the island. I highly recommend Hotel Cucuve.
