Large villa with views and own heated pool

This lovely holiday home is large enough to accommodate the whole family or friends under one roof. Here you enjoy a pleasant holiday in a 230 m2 holiday villa spread over 2 floors, situated on a 540 m2 plot with a unique location in the city's exclusive neighborhood, 225 meters above sea level. Here is a completely secluded garden with tropical plants and its own heated swimming pool, sun terrace, sun loungers and barbecue corner. The villa formerly belonged to the renowned travel king and multi-millionaire Simon Spies.
Close to downtown and sights.
The house, ground floor:
Large living room with dining table and chairs, stereo system with CD, satellite flat screen TV, DVD player, exit to the covered terrace.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer.
2 double bedrooms,
1 bedroom with single beds and
2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.
The villa is not far from the botanical garden, approx. 25 min walk to the harbor and Plaza Charco and only 5 min to the nearest shopping center.

Perfect location !!! Comfortable villa :-)

We spend lovely family week in December 2020.kids enjoyed heated pool we admire view and cozy house. Nice garden with barbecue corner. Very friendly owner who helped us in whatever we needed. Strongly recommended place!
