This stylish studio apartment, located on the 6th floor of a city-center building with an elevator, offers a cozy and modern living space. Accommodating up to three adults, it includes a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Its balcony, featuring a table and two chairs is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine while gazing at the sea views. The recently renovated apartment boasts a fully equipped,modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a dedicated work corner with a desk and chair for remote workers. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV, and guests can also access a communal rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, mountains, and Teide volcano.
