Amazing house. Merris was easy to get ahold of during our stay. Instructions were amazing with lots of notes and tips in the app and around the house and that helped A LOT. Clean room, beds are soft not hard outdoors pool were okay.Just need to give extra towels and wash rags for long stays. Staff were okay breakfast wasn't bad. Pets idk i didn't have one.
