Correcto en conjunto

El hotel es antiguo y las instalaciones con necesidad de ponerlas al día lo peor la cama, era plegable y el colchón de muelles. Los jardines son enormes y tiene pistas de padel y tenis. En conjunto merece la pena por la situación perfecta para actividades de montaña y el parking y la relacion calidad precio es correcta.

Schönes Gelände. Nur anstatt Doppelbett, zwei Betten zusammen geschoben die fortlaufend auseinander gehen, nur Bettlaken als Decke, die Decken im Schrank unbrauchbar für den hygienischen Gebrauch. Um 22:30 sind noch Kinder einer Schule laut im Hof. Die Zufahrt Angaben sind fehlerhaft. Cca 30 Minuten herumfahrerei und dann mit WhatsApp Zusendung vom Hotel gefunden.

Agradable hotel familiar muy céntrico

El servicio es maravilloso, muy cerca de varios sitios de interés como la zonas de ski Masella y La Molina; también muy cerca de Llívia y la Cerdaña Francesa. Las vistas del hotel son maravillosas, así como su servicio. Se ve que están remodelándolo poco a poco y algunas cosas se ven muy lindas y otras algo antiguas; sin embargo todo es funcional. Seguro volveremos!

Limpísimo pero antiguo

Destaca la limpieza de las instalsciones y el cuidado del jardin, impecable. El unico inconveniente es que se nota la antigüedad de las instalaciones y la falta de servicios (no hay servicio de habitaciones, lavandería, minibar, …) sistemas de trabajo anticuados que los hacen ineficientes y lentos para los huéspedes. El personal muy agradable. Sería recomendable que los perros pudiesen compartir más espacios; solo pueden permanecer en las habitaciones y tampoco se admiten en el jardín (solo en un espacio limitado de la parte trasera)

Recomendable .

La estancia ha sido correcta , lo mejor del Hotel el personal ,la limpieza y el restaurante donde se sirven los menús, cosas negativas pero sin mucha importancia , la cama muy incómoda , el poco aislamiento entre habitaciones para minimizar el ruido y el constante rumor de la carretera que en cuando abres la ventana oye . De todas formas es recomendable.

hotel apropiado y recomendado para estas fechas.

El servicio muy amable, con detalles, con una disposición positiva en todo momento. La limpieza muy buena, todo perfecto. Un detalle, desde la habitación veo como la persona que se ocupa del mantenimiento de la piscina, esta limpiando de rodillas, con un trapo, los laterales en donde se agarra la gente que está dentro del agua. los clientes cumplen con las distancia y las mascarillas

Keeping Low volume

Room wall is thin and can hear noise from next room and outside corridor. E.g you can hear the next room winding their windows louvres. Keep Low volume as you may not want to disturb the others.

Agradável estadia

O hotel é uma ótima opção de estadia, com estacionamento amplo e gratuito. Staff muitíssimo atencioso e gentil. Quarto bom, bom banheiro com banheira e ampla varanda. Não se pode dizer que o quarto seja extremamente silencioso porém, para mim, nada que também seja incômodo. Como o hotel tem uma destinação principal para o inverno, apesar de contar com grande área verde, com parquinho infantil e piscina, senti um pouco de calor, em virtude da inexistência de ar condicionado. A solução é deixar a varanda aberta, o que não garantiu a refrigeração cem por cento. Ótimo café da manhã e excelente custo benefício. Possibilidade de deslocamento, a partir do hotel, para cidadezinhas francesas próximas ou até mesmo Andorra.

Overall, a nice stay.

Good, friendly, helpful staff. Very warm welcome on arrival. Had a meal in the restaurant on the first night, ate some of it, the rest of the week ate out. Very disappointed with the food, the only downside to our stay.

La habitación era amplia, limpia y confortable. Las vistas desde la terracita, espectaculares. Hotel ubicado en las afueras de Puigcerdá pero con buena carretera para llegar al pueblo. El desayuno (incluido en el precio de la habitación) ha sido tipo buffet, abundante y de calidad. El personal que nos atendió, tanto en recepcion como en cafeteria, ha sido muy amable y correcto. La unica pega ha sido que la temperatura de la calefacción era excesiva cuando la ponían.

Good hotel ski slopes if you like variety

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, 2 adults, 4 year old daughter and dog. Don't book this hotel during Spanish school holidays and sking season! 9 coaches parked up on one night!! Like staying in a youth hostel. Location great for the slopes in the area though. Our room on top floor reverse air con not working so very cold until heating warmed up in evening. lift button worked intermittently and with the children using it we ended up walking down stairs a lot. Our daughter has a milk allergy so we ordered grilled chicken-came with cheese on the top!. New grilled chicken breast arrived-raw. Waiter went to take away again and we said forget it-our daughter eat the chips! Got our daughter's that night meal removed from bill on booking out. Staff were friendly and we felt sure that any other time hotel would be ok to stay. However, on our experience we would not book here again.
