This modern holiday home is only 5 km from the center of Pula (9 minutes by car). The house offers a quiet vacation experience for up to 4 people. The house is located on the ground floor and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The distance to the nearest beach is only 3 km (5 minutes by car).
Pets are welcome! (Max. 2 pets) medium size. The yard is completely enclosed. The most impressive icon of Roman influence in Istria is the magnificent, twenty-century-old arena, the sixth largest amphitheater in the world.

Für unseren Urlaub war das die perfekte Unterkunft. Das Grundstück war komplett eingezäunt/gemauert, sodass wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben und unser Hund auch frei ums Haus & im Garten laufen lassen konnte. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Lediglich Fliegengitter und Ambiente Licht wären die Kirsche auf der Kirsche. Maras Mann (Edi) war sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Auch die Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren wirklich sehr gut.Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus hat alles, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn’s uns nach Kroatien verschlägt.

In summary, we really enjoyed our vacation at the gates of Pula. Mara and Eddie live on the same property and are very nice and friendly. We only saw them on arrival and departure. The communication was easy via mobile phone and translation app (German or Croatian) or in English. The olive tree garden ensures complete privacy and when the coffee machine didn't work it was quickly replaced. It was very hot during our stay and we loved the outdoor shower and the air conditioning in the house. Our little dog liked to sunbathe on the terrace in the mornings. Dogs also live in the neighborhood. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available for grill lovers. If you are looking for a quiet spot to relax and if you want to be able to quickly reach all the sights by car, this is the place for you.

Hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt

Wie haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist komplett umzäunt, perfekt für Urlaub mit dem Hund. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Grill ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage fand ich perfekt. Abends sehr ruhig. Strände sind mit dem Auto in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Würde jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Schönes modernes Ferienhaus

Tolles neues Ferienhaus. Super ausgestattet. Günstige Lage, nur ein paar Minuten nach Pula oder Medulin. Etwas abseits gelegen, zwischen wenigen Gärten und Wohnhäusern. Sehr ruhig. Aber anfangs schwer zu finden. Komplett umzäunt. Optimal mit unseren beiden Hunden. Die Vermieter wohnen am Nachbargrundstück. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mehrere Hunde in der Umgebung. Gebell hielt sich in Grenzen. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Pula. Die Vermieterin Mara sowie ihr Mann sind super nett und auch unser Vierbeiner hat sich dort pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
