Urlaub bei Mario in Communione Calaverdere

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, der Strand traumhaft. In 10 min. die wunderschönen Strände von Chia zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist geflegt und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an die Besitzer.

Villetta a Calaverde

Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La casa è piccola ma funzionale, ben attrezzata e con un bel giardino recintato. L’abitazione, all’interno, è molto fresca. Non si soffre il caldo! La Comunione Calaverde è un bel comprensorio, tranquillo e immerso in una pineta sul mare. Market nelle immediate vicinanze. Ringraziamo i proprietari anche per averci aiutato con la nostra cucciola Jack Russell!

Santamargherita cala verde, un sogno da vivere

La casa in un bosco freschissimo, la spiaggia a due passi, il villaggio chiuso alle autovetture, a parte lo scarico e il carico, permettono un soggiorno tranquillo e riposante. E poi i proprietari , gentilissimi, ci hanno accolto con una torta buonissima, e una spaghettata, perché ormai era ora di pranzo. La casa pulitissima, confortevole, con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Grazie signori Frongia. Remo , da Milano

Bella vacanza in zona tranquilla con mare e spiaggia bellissimi!

La casa si trova in un residence ben organizzato e ordinato sotto una pineta. Ha un piccolo e curato giardino con una doccia esterna molto comoda. La cucina e' pulita e ben attrezzata. Si puo' davvero cucinare come a casa. La spiaggia di sabbia fine raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti attraverso una zona di macchia mediterranea dall'interno del residence. C'e'una scaletta per scendere al mare ma e' abbastanza comoda. Il mare e' quello della Sardegna. Un sogno. Abbiamo potuto visitare Cagliari non troppo distante, l'antica citta' di Nora luogo magico con una interessante zona archeologica e la sua laguna. A pochi chilometri le bellissime spiagge di Chia. E' stata una vacanza tranquilla con il nostro cagnolino. Proprio quello che cercavamo. Ringraziamo il Sig.Frongia e la moglie per la gentilezza e la disponibilita' con cui ci hanno accolti.

résidence calme et bien placée

Je suis allé en Sardaigne avec ma famille ( 2 enfants 10 et 13 ans) et nous avons fait une halte de 15 jours chez Mario à CHIA (du 14 au 28 juillet). Le logement est propre et situé à 5 min à pied d'une superbe plage de sable fin. Mario et sa femme son très disponible et toujours attentif à notre bien être. C'est un village de vacances fermé ou le piéton est roi, une fois véhicule au parking tout se fait à pied ou en vélos. L'endroit est très calme et des aires de jeux comme tennis, basket, piscine sont à dispositions mais payantes; compter 8 € de l'heure pour le tennis et pour la piscine c'est 2 €/ Pers. la 1/2 journée et 3 € / Pers la journée et avec un accès de 10 h à 13 h et de 16 h à 19 h. Il y a aussi à disposition une table de ping pong et un terrain de boule. Nous avons aussi fait des visites, Cagliari, le site de barumini, les Îles de Sant’Antioco et San Pietro et la superbe plage de tuerredda qui a elle seule vaut le détour. Par contre, mauvaise surprise avec le parc naturel WWF Monte Arcosu qui était fermé et ce jusqu'à Septembre…( et en plus très mal indiqué) Sinon la Sardaigne est magnifique et les plages tellement belles qu'on a qu'une envie: c'est d'y retourner.

abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa io, mia miglie e la nostra bimba di 1 anno. La casa è funzionale, ottima per famiglie con bambini, la nostra piccola Giorgia amava giocare nel giardino. La casa è in un residence con una spiaggia bellissima dove c'è anche un market fornitissimo. La cordialità del sig. Mario e della moglie sono impagabili. In pratica una vacanza perfetta. Our family (4 people) spent 7 weeks in that apartment in June-July 2016. We have some traveling experience (visited more then 20 countries) and we don’t compare that place with similar places in other countries. We assume that you decided to spend your holidays in Italy and are ready to pay 30-40% more comparing to the same quality service in such countries as Cyprus and Greece. We’d like to mention some evident advantages of that place: 1. Premium location. If you are not ready to pay for premium location and premium accommodation simultaneously (such as Forte Village), but you’d like to enjoy the pine forest, very good beach, peace and quite, and closeness to the capital, Calaverde is ideal. We examined the southern part of Sardinia by car and found only one another such place. It was Porto Pino, but it was twice far from the capital. 2. Closeness to the beach. Very good sand beach, pure water but temperature below 25 C. 3. Closeness to the supermarket. There was only one restaurant around, so evidently you have to cook yourself. A supermarket was 10 min walk from the apartment. A free bike was a good compliment (instead of carrying heavy bags). 4. Cleanliness. The apartment was very clean, everything was in order. 5. Friendly host. You can rely on their help in any situation. 6. Free Wi-FI. It was at the entrance gates to the village (5 min walk from the apartment). The speed was very low, but it was enough to send messages. Sergei

Mare, fresco e tranquillità..

Siamo stati ospiti da Mario e Wanda l'ultima settimana di giugno. La casa corrisponde a quanto descritto: internamente è dotata di tutto e si mantiene fresca anche nelle ore calde, fuori è molto carina con un bel giardino, il barbecue e la doccia all'aperto che il nostro bimbo ha particolaremnte apprezzato! La casa è inserita in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo ed è davvero vicina ad una spiaggia bella e poco affollata. Per noi è stato un ottimo punto d'appoggio per vedere questa parte di Sardegna. I proprietari della casa Mario e Wanda sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili ed è stato un piacere conoscerli. Soggiorno perfetto

Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questa casa. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita e ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno. Molto tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte. Il gazebo permette di mangiare all'esterno e di rilassarsi al fresco durante le ore più calde. Una bella spiaggia è vicinissima e raggiungibile tramite la strada interna alla comunione. Il vicino supermarket è fornito di tutto. Il sig. Mario e la sig.ra Wanda sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Un grazie ancora a Mario e Wanda.

Bonne petite maison pour petit sejour

Très bonne petite maison, Mario est fort sympathique, nous avions eu la maison de derrière. Petit bémol le lit adulte, celui-ci n'est pas confortable, on sent les ressorts du matelas et il fait beaucoup de bruit. Sinon la maison est très agréable dans l'ensemble, la plage qui est juste a côté (5 minutes a pieds) est très pratique. Je recommande quand même cette location pour 1 couple et enventuellement sans enfants car y a pas beaucoup d'intimité.

We stayed at Calaverde at the end of June and our stay was perfect!! Mr Mario, Mrs Wanda and Roberto went to GREEEEAT LENGHTS to make our stay as comfortable as possible starting with picking us up at the airport at night and getting some shopping and food for us before our arrival etc... We did and do appreciate it a lot. The place is tiny indeed but very cosy. There were 4 of us there (adults) + a baby and even though we had seen the pictures online, we were informed that we could find the house too small. We did know what to expect so there was no dissapointment at all. We enjoyed our stay a LOT!!! The hospitality of Mr Mario's family is EXCEPTIONAL. The place was very quiet and relaxing. Really worth taking the car (which we rented from Mr Mario) and visiting the nearby beaches (parking fees from €5 up/day). Wish we could have stayed at least one week more! Once more many thanks for all!!!!

Idéal avec de jeunes enfants !

Séjour début mai très agréable dans un village vacances au milieu des pins, très calme (autant dire... vide!). Magnifique plage de sable fin à 5 min à pieds, déserte à cette époque. Petit supermarché bien fourni à la sortie du village, très facile d'accès avec le vélo prêté. Le jardin est bien entretenu, clos et nous a offert plusieurs soirées barbecue très sympa ! A noter que la piscine est fermée à cette époque (mais qu'il est possible de se baigner dans la mer !). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui avaient prévus des spécialités sardes dans le frigo ou au congélateur dont certaines faites maison, quel plaisir ! (plats ou produits à consommer selon notre envie et à payer à la fin du séjour)

Une semaine au paradis

Un lieu magique... nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! La location nichée dans les pins est très agréable, totalement équipée, le jardin est magnifique et nous avons été très très bien reçus par les propriétaires qui sont des gens d'une extrême gentillesse. On se rend à pied à l'immense plage de sable blanc et sa mer turquoise... un vrai privilège ! La résidence Calaverde est remarquablement entretenue. N'ayez aucune hésitation à choisir cet endroit pour vos vacances. De notre côté, nous projetons d'y retourner.

Piękne wakacje - beautiful holidays! :)

We are a young polish couple and have spent a magnificient week in this apartment. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, even provided us with beverages and a homemade cake, which was such a lovely gesture. The house has everything one could need - TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with sheets and extra blankets in case it's cold, nice and clean bathroom and beautiful external garden with a BBQ and a table. There were also 2 bikes provided which was extremely useful. The beach is very close - within 3 minutes of walking, there is a shop in the neighborhood and a bus stop with buses going frequently and on time. The surroundings are stunning, the beach is so perfect and not crowded. In autumn there is no restaurant open in the area but a few km away you can find many. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Greetings for Mrs Wanda, Mr Mario and Mr Roberto.

Mario et sa femme sont de...

Mario et sa femme sont des gens adorables, et très serviables. La location est très agréable et climatisée (important pendant le mois d'aout!) et très bien équipée. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et une belle plage accessible à 5 minutes à pieds...Le paradis! sans parler de la très belle résidence construite au milieu d'une forêt de pins centenaires. Un supermarché est présent à l'entrée de la résidence et une des plus belle plage de sardaigne se déploie à 20 minutes en voiture en allant vers le sud. Bref, c'était de super vacances!

Nous avons séjournés 3 se...

Nous avons séjournés 3 semaines avec ma femme et mes deux enfants à Calaverde dans la maison de M. Frongia. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et y retournerions sans autre. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très disponibles. Le lieu est paradisiaque et calme. La plage est vraiment belle.
