My name is Kristina Kukolj, I'm 28 years old. I finished my economics studies - finance management. I have been in the tourism business for 5 years, but this year I decided to take up tourism personally and rent my home. I lived and worked in Austria for a while, so I speak good German. More than anything, I love traveling and I'm a big gourmet, so as soon as I grab some free time, I pack my bags and embark on a new adventure. So I know what it's like when you come as a tourist to a new destination and when you can ask a local for some tips, such as the best restaurants, the best places to visit, and what is their recommendation for the place itself. For this reason, I will be available to my guests for any questions, advice, recommendations, assistance and organization of any activities in and around Pula.
The Travel Station apartment was completely renovated in 2020. I designed the apartment by myself because I wanted everyone to feel like they were in their own home. Since I travel a lot myself, I find that good sleep is of the most important, so I chose the most comfortable beds so that everyone can sleep like on the clouds and be ready for another adventure the next day. Two best things in this suite are Terraces, like Jackpot, belive me. On one terrace you can have a coffee in the morning and catch the first rays of the sun, and in the evening after a full day of sightseeing, you can relax on the other terrace and watch the stars with a glass of wine.
The apartment is in a super position. If you want to walk to the main square, it will take 15 minutes. If you want to use public transport, the bus stop is in front of the entrance of the building. The shopping center is 500 m from the apartment, 300 m to the grocery store, 100 m to the caffe and 200 m to the best Pub in town where you can try TOP burgers. You also have the option of renting a bike or scooter to ride along the beautiful coast. Across the apartment is a beautiful Šijanska šuma where you can do a morning workout, walk or explore the entire forest with a bike. There are a lot of bike trails throughout, so for all fans of this sport Istria is paradise. Do not leave Istria without visiting one of the local taverns or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Welcome!
