Cannot even get into for breakfast. The crowd was until the elevator. We left our luggage with the concierge , when we collect , the queue was also unbelievable . Better avoid the any holiday period.

Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore.
