“I gave the property time to respond to our request for a partial refund, but unfortunately they never replied. The grounds were beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. It was very difficult to find staff for anything during our stay. No one greeted us for at least 10-20 minute on arrival, and throughout the visit we only had about 2–3 employees help us at all. “It was a nice experience, love the hotel and the design , very modern but simple. Food was good, but one thing I will say it’s they need to be more careful with the cleanliness in the room , especially the glass door in the shower, I notice it wasn’t clean enough. And the shampoo and conditioner were used. But other than that it was a satisfactory experience. I will definitely stay there again. ”
