“The whole experience was horrible, different hotel name, hard to find, room nothing like shown on the Expedia website, completely dirty from pool to room, rat feces bathroom disgusting. We have requested a refund as the place was completely a scam. Please acknowledge and proceed with refund. We had to book another hopt which turned out to be ridiculously expensive as we were already here. We are very disappointed as we regularly book with Expedia.”

“Overall enjoyed my stay and seemed like a good deal for the fairly affordable price. Unfortunately upon checking out I was asked by to wait until a walkthrough was completed of my room. I was forced to wait nearly half an hour while a Staff inspected every corner of the room. After the lengthy inspection was completed I was told I’d need to pay an extra fee for a few coffee drops that spilled on a sheet. The extra fee and inspection seems slightly unnecessary and another way to justify charging……

“We stayed for one night and the property exceeded our expectations. They kindly accommodated an early check-in since we had a morning flight, which we really appreciated.The property feels fairly new, with modern amenities and a very spacious layout. While the listed location isn’t quite as close to major landmarks as it may seem, it wasn’t an issue for us since we had a rental car.

“We had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, spacious, and in a really good location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.
One of the best parts was having access to both beach and pool chairs, such a nice perk because we didn’t feel the need to go to beach clubs since everything we needed was already there. “This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs.
