「Nice spacious home on the beach. Property manager was very quick in responding to refrigerator problems and got us a replacement immediately the next day. Overall we enjoyed the stay at this property.」

「The property is gorgeous! It is surrounded by trees, plants, and wildlife. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant is made fresh and taste delicious. The beach and Manuel Antonio National Park are a short distance away. The market and restaurant are walking distance from the hotel. 」

「We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...

「Had a free weekend with the girlies during our month-long study abroad trip, and we could not have made a better choice than Tiki Villas!! The hotel staff, the view, the pool and spa services—absolutely no complaints from any of us. From the get go, we were treated so kindly; Nancy upgraded our hotel room when we arrived so we’d have more space, and the room was lovely. 「Very nice and well maintained apartment with great location to down town Jaco. My family enjoyed spacious apartment and the pool. The only fault we could find was the crockery and cutlery needs upgrading. We would stay here again.」

「Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time. 」
