“Room is ok, wish they had some counter space to put out stuff, they just had a small standalone sink and a bench next to it. Great location, cozy little hotel. Love the “reading” area right outside of our rooms, felt like a living room :-). This place is very windy, was waken up a few times because of the wind, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. ”

“We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Cipreses! The staff were so warm and friendly, and really made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. They were also very accommodating with our plans, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the night animal tour with Ellie. It was fantastic! We saw so many animals and the kids loved it. Highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and welcoming stay in Monteverde. ”

“The property manager, Lady, was so helpful. She helped arrange tours for us and gave us information about what to do. Finding the place was a little difficult, as Waze didnt map it out correctly (initially I used Mountain Faro Hotel as it was named in expedia) so i had to stop and google address and remap with a different name. I used Mountain Faro B&B and waze mapped icorrectly then. Also office was closed when we arrived at 7pm. I had to find contact info on expedia to reach owner. She……
